Addictions Referral

Addiction to drugs or alcohol impacts every part of life—family, relationships, jobs, finances, housing, physical health and mental health.  We understand this phenomenon as ‘addiction’ rather than ‘dependency’ because it entirely derails a person’s life and individual freedom.  There is no half-way point.

Harm reduction is crucial and save lives every single day.  We support harm reduction unequivocally.  But harm reduction cannot stop or heal addiction, or the cumulative damage done to every other aspects of an addicted person’s life.

Street Outreach offer a point of contact for addicted persons seeking to regain their autonomy and recover their lives.  We are not addiction counsellors, but we can refer you to them.  We are always ready to talk with you, and if you wish to pray with you, if you are thinking about true freedom.
